Recipe of the week

This appetizer we made for our friends who cane over for dinner Friday night and they’re amazing! 

We used our Serrano, red and green peppers from our CSA share. I used organic cheeses from the coop, and they were delicious! Did I say that already? It calls for mini peppers but we just used what we had, regular sized ones and that either just fine. 

It was also very simple, no fuss, and quick! Perfect for when your having friends over or just want a quick, yummy hot snack at home 😀
